Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of Our Platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "9jili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain 9jili.cam and its affiliated services, operated in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on 9jili, accesses the platform, or uses any of our gaming services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products offered by 9jili, including but not limited to online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting, fishing games, and bingo.
• "Real Money Gaming" refers to any gaming activity conducted using actual Philippine Peso (PHP) currency deposited into a Player's Account, as opposed to free-play or demonstration modes.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds by a Player from an external payment method (such as GCash, Maya, or bank transfer) into their 9jili Account balance for the purpose of real-money gaming.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Player's 9jili Account balance back to their designated payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register an account and participate in real-money gaming on 9jili, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations as established by PAGCOR. 9jili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2. You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and during all gaming sessions. Players accessing 9jili from outside Philippine territory via VPN or proxy services are in breach of these Terms and will have their accounts terminated.
3. You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP), nor may you be subject to any legal restrictions, court orders, or self-exclusion agreements that prohibit participation in online gaming.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 9jili or its affiliated entities.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an account on 9jili, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on 9jili. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual (via IP address, device fingerprinting, payment methods, or other technical means), we reserve the right to suspend all such accounts, void any winnings, and confiscate deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9jili login credentials (mobile number and password). Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals made using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 9jili customer support immediately via Live Chat or email.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9jili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and Instapay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds transferred from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal and possible account suspension.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amount: PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player VIP tier. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes to reflect in your Account balance, depending on the originating bank's processing speed. 9jili does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 9jili Account are derived from legitimate, legal sources and are not connected to any criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. 9jili is required by law to conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence and may request supporting documentation regarding the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in withdrawal restrictions and potential account closure.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your 9jili Account, you must have completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own legal name that matches the name on your 9jili Account.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times

Minimum withdrawal amount: PHP 200. Maximum daily withdrawal limit: PHP 50,000 (may be higher for VIP players). Withdrawals to GCash or Maya are typically processed within 15 minutes, though during peak hours processing may take up to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. 9jili reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to 72 hours to conduct additional security checks or AML due diligence if deemed necessary.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be processed. This anti-money laundering measure ensures 9jili is not used as a currency exchange service. Bonus funds and promotional credits carry separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

9jili does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals beyond the third will incur a processing fee of PHP 50 per transaction. Your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond 9jili's control.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and Integrity

You agree to use the 9jili platform in a fair and honest manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live dealer games.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or technical glitches to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 9jili staff or other Players.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

9jili offers promotional bonuses and free credits to enhance your gaming experience. Abuse of these promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms, will result in immediate cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

9jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You acknowledge that online gaming carries risk and should be undertaken for entertainment purposes only. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the 9jili platform are the exclusive property of 9jili or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 9jili content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 9jili and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made into your 9jili Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or error-free operation of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services and are not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of 9jili Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team via Live Chat or email to attempt resolution in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, with the arbitration conducted in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Amendments to Terms

9jili reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended terms will be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
